The beginning of a journey, where the only path allowed was the will to overcome. I was barely able to show a face hidden among endless brightly printed fabrics that were playing the part of a moving protective shield. Life-Affirming colours that framed the camouflaged face of two tones that defies the absurdity and importance of skin colour as a way to prevail as well as daring to be exquisitely different. Purposely keeping the eyes wide shut before the unknown, but yet with a determined and powerful gesture expressed through an inspirational and uncontrollable laughter. Used as the weapon chosen to conquer, to force by persevering a state of mind.
